Frail care

We offer dedicated care for all patients who are no longer able to cope on their own. The Unit provides specialist assistance with tasks of normal self-care with a  specific focus placed on optimising patient comfort and achieving the best mobility possible. Where required, we also offer bridging programmes to support patients back to self-care or other care facilities.
